Everything that has changed on the island, newest patch first.
The fight between the VOA and Jules' resistance has shifted again, and the map has changed with it. Four locations have been updated to match where the story now stands.
The VOA's industrial hold on the old town has been reworked.
The frozen wasteland has been updated as the resistance digs in.
Jules' base of operations has grown alongside her team.
Repairs on the island's oldest landmark have moved on since it was liberated.
Chest placement has been passed over across the island, so no drop spot is starved of loot and no single point of interest hands out far more than the rest.
The VOA have taken Lyssara. Jules and her resistance are fighting to take it back, and the island has changed with them.
The map now runs 2.8 km across, with new named locations and new routes between them.
A flash frozen wasteland left behind by the VOA's Biome Controller explosion. The resistance holds it now.
Jules' base of operations and her growing team, built to hit the VOA directly and liberate the island.
Once the comforting home of many Lyssara residents, it is now an industrial jungle running under VOA control.
The island's oldest landmark was recently liberated and is now undergoing repairs.
Trucks and sedans now spawn along the roads, so a long rotation across the map is no longer a walk.
Sprinting now draws from a stamina meter, so chasing a fight across open ground costs you something.
Take the island at your own pace and see what Season 2 changed without a match running around you.
Health, shield and stamina now read on a bar layout built for Odyssey instead of the default one.
Ongoing work on how the island loads in and what it keeps in memory, aimed at fewer hitches when you cross between regions.
Up to 50 players drop onto a fully hand built island and fight until one squad is left standing.
A loot pool picked for Odyssey rather than the default one, tuned around the island's own fights.
Custom progression built on top of the standard battle royale loop.

Odyssey is my custom battle royale island: a 2.8 km hand-built map across two seasons, with original cinematics and a world that keeps expanding with every update.
